2024 Liebherr Piling rig LRH series LRH 100.1

The piling rig LRH 100.1 has a special leader kinematics which enables very high radii and inclinations of up to 18° in all directions. Thus, a complete pile group can be installed from one location without repositioning the carrier machine. The flexible hammer system allows the use of different ram weights. With the LRH 100.1 different timber, concrete or steel piles can be produced. The LRH 100.1 is based on the approved LB 25’s basic machine of the Liebherr rotary drilling rig series.

Features may include:

• The compact rig can be transported in one piece with the hammer mounted and is consequently ready for operation on the jobsite in a short time.

• The flexible leader kinematics allows very large radii of up to 8 m and inclinations of up to 18° in all directions. Thus, a complete pile group can be installed from one location without repositioning the carrier machine.

• Side platform, railings and ladders are fully integrated in the new machine design and no longer need to be removed for transport.

• The Liebherr-own and fuel efficient diesel engine generates the required power. In combination with the on-board hydraulics a sufficient amount of performance for various deep foundation works is provided. When using further attachments like casing oscillators, no additional power pack is needed.

• The crane control system offers a multitude of programme and control options for various piling and drilling methods. Service and machine data is also provided on color displays. The operator thus benefits from a facilitated handling of the rig. Hence, quick working cycles are achieved.

• A global service network with experienced technicians and fast access to spare parts ensure high machine availability and a long product service life.
