2024 Liebherr Piling rig LRH series LRH 100.1 unplugged
The LRH 100.1 unplugged is one of the world’s first battery-powered piling rigs. During operation the deep foundation machine can be connected to a conventional electric supply or powered by battery without a cable, therefore “unplugged”. There are no restrictions in performance and application of the machine when compared to the conventional version with diesel engine.
Features may include:
Zero Emission- The machine causes no local emissions and significantly less noise. Thus, it is also suitable for operation in areas sensitive to noise.
Electric engine- The innovative Liebherr machine has an electric engine.
Unplugged (battery powered)- The machine can be operated by battery without a cable, therefore: unplugged.
Plugged in (socket operation)- The machine can operate fully when connected to a conventional electric supply, or be recharged within a few hours.
Easy transportation and quick set-up- The compact rig can be transported in one piece with the hammer mounted and is consequently ready for operation on the jobsite in a short time.
Special radii and inclination- The flexible leader kinematics allows very large radii of up to 8 m and inclinations of up to 18° in all directions. Thus, a complete pile group can be installed from one location without repositioning the carrier machine.
