2024 Liebherr Piling rig LRH series LRH 200

The combined piling and drilling rig LRH 200 has especially flexible leader kinematics that enable very high radii and inclinations of up to 18° in all directions. A flexible in-house hammer concept allows for the use of tamper weights with varying weights. Therefore, concrete, steel or timber piles can be optimally installed. The new LRH 200 offers a further range of applications: When configured as a drilling rig, a high-performance drilling drive provides the necessary torque for the common single pass methods such as continuous flight auger, full displacement and down-the-hole drilling processes. The machine can also be used for soil mixing. The compact machine is based on the proven LB 30 basic machine from Liebherr’s range of drilling rigs. The compact rig can be transported in one piece with the leader mounted and is consequently ready for operation on the jobsite in a short time.

Features may include:

• The flexible leader kinematics allows very large radii of up to 8 m and inclinations of up to 18° in all directions. Thus, a complete pile group can be installed from one location without repositioning the carrier machine.

• The special leader kinematics allow the leader to be raised or lowered by 6.5 m above/below ground level.

• Basic machine and leader can be transported in one piece with all hydraulic hoses connected. The minimized assembly work allows for quick and easy transportation of the machine between jobsites.

• Side platform, railings and ladders are fully integrated in the new machine design and no longer need to be removed for transport.

• The innovative cabin design includes a modern air-conditioning system and an optimized view from the cabin, as well as an orthopaedic operator’s seat. All switches, joysticks and pedals are ergonomically positioned.

• The Liebherr-own and fuel efficient diesel engine generates the required power. In combination with the on-board hydraulics a sufficient amount of performance for various deep foundation works is provided. When using further attachments like casing oscillators, no additional power pack is needed.
