2024 Liebherr Piling rig LRH series LRH 600 with fixed leader

The LRH 600 piling rig is particularly suitable for heavy piling operations with large radius. The proven crawler crane LR 1300 or duty cycle crawler crane HS 895 HD can be used as a carrier machine. The modern concept of the new fixed leader impresses with easy and quick assembly by means of pin connections. A high degree of stability is ensured through the lattice boom design. • A global service network with experienced technicians and fast access to spare parts ensure high machine availability and a long product service life.

• A reliable and easy to service diesel engine designed for the HS series provides the required hydraulic power. Less operating costs are achieved by lower fuel consumption. Through its new exhaust after-treatment system the required emission targets are attained.

• The crane control system offers a multitude of programme and control options. Color displays clearly provide service and machine data. All movements can be carried out simultaneously. The operator thus benefits from a facilitated handling of the rig. Furthermore, quick working cycles are achieved.

• With the fixed leader the rig achieves working length of more than 50 meters and a maximum radius of 15 meters. Thanks to the clever leader kinematics inclinations of up to 14° backwards and 9.5° forwards are possible.

• Owing to the high engine power of the basic machine, the hydraulic hammers and rotary drives can be operated directly from the on-board hydraulic system, thus no additional power pack is required.
