Food Drive for the Mayflower Marathon!
What is the Mayflower Marathon?
The Mayflower Marathon is an annual food drive put on by Rock 102 with the goal of collecting non-perishable goods for the Open Pantry. Rock 102's Bax and Nagle broadcast for 52 hours straight with one goal. To fill as many trailers with non-perishable food donations from the community. Starting at 6AM on November 24th and going until 10AM on November 26th, they will be announcing all the people who bring donations to the South Market at MGM Springfield.
The Open Pantry provides an array of services in the greater Springfield area. They focus on food and housing services for the less fortunate. In 2023, The Open Pantry supplied 9,000 individuals with food from their Emergency Food Program. Click here to read more about their impact on their site.
Quality Fleet Service, Inc. and the Hampshire Mall are working together to collect non-perishable goods for donation. Keep an eye out for collection boxes at both of Quality Fleet Service's locations (South Hadley and Brockton) and in a couple locations across the Hampshire Mall! Let's all work together to make this year the most successful it can be!

We at QFS, strive to be an active participant in the community. We want to work to give back to the community that has helped us grow over the past 20 years. When we were looking for people to partner with, The Hampshire Mall was our first thought. The Hampshire Mall has been a cornerstone of Western Mass for many years. We are very proud to be able to partner with them to make a difference for the less fortunate.
How to Participate
Are you wanting to participate in our food drive? There are a two main ways to support and participate. The first way would be to donate non-perishable goods to any of the drop boxes that we have set up. There will be one in the lobby of both Quality Fleet Service, Inc. locations. Directions to our South Hadley location can be found here. If you are closer to our Brockton location, the directions to that location can be found here. In the Hampshire Mall, there will be a drop box in their food court.
